OTMS Accounts V3 In House Charging System Demo

OTMS Accounts has been our trusted in house charging system across a variety of business models for many years now. We have adapted V3 of this system to include new features and enhancements such as a redesigned web app, more customization options for rules and tips, and additional reporting capabilities.
OTMS Accounts allows for easy comp and discount redemption on Oracle Simphony POS. User lookup can be done manually by entering the account number or searching the user list, or by swiping an employee card. Comps are redeemed in real time at the POS. Details of each transaction can be viewed in the web application.

V3 of the OTMS Accounts web application has advanced tool tips when hovering over links for quick and easy navigation. Within the different sections of the web application you will find new functions allowing for more customization when it comes to the comps and benefits that you offer. Certain benefits may require manager authorization or optionally prompt for a tip. Admin users can also select whether or not a signature line should be printed when a benefit is applied. A list of comp reasons may be set for your property which may appear on the POS screen when redeeming a comp. When a comp reason is selected it will print on the receipt and appear in the transaction details in the web app. V3 includes a base version of our enterprise reporting module as well as detailed audit logs for easier reporting. Reports can be scheduled to automatically generate daily, weekly, or monthly so that you can always readily view the necessary information.
